At How To Loop, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase of our online courses for guitar looping. However, we understand that there may be instances where a customer needs to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions regarding refunds.
If you are not satisfied with our online course and wish to request a refund, you must do so by emailing our customer support team at [email protected] within 48 hours of the purchase date/time. We will not accept refund requests after this time frame.
We will review your refund request and determine if it meets our refund criteria. We reserve the right to reject refund requests if we do not believe the reason for a refund is a legitimate reason. If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used to purchase the online course. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will issue a refund via check or PayPal.
If you receive a refund, your access to the course will be revoked. We reserve the right to deny future access to the course to any customer who has received a refund.
